    Nibbin was a fluff of a creature, no bigger than a teacup. He had round ears like peppermint candies, fur as soft as thistle down, and eyes the color of dandelion honey. He lived in a burrow beneath a crooked log at the edge of the world, or at least, the edge of the part he knew. One morning, Nibbin woke to the wind whistling secrets through the grass.
